Private sessions

If you are not ready to venture out into the the world just yet, want to learn the basic of the yoga practice or if you want to keep your practice in the safe space of your home I offer private sessions one on one.

I also offer to teach at events with a smaller or bigger groups such as

Birthday Parties, Conferences, bachelorette/bachelor parties, company events.
